Condo Rates

In Season check-in is Friday at 3:00pm. Check-out is Friday at 11:00am for weekly bookings, Sunday at 11:00am for weekend bookings.
Reservation/Security Deposit
A Reservaton/Security deposit is due at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. The deposit must be received with the first rental fee payment (50%) within fourteen (14) days of the booking in order to hold your reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded upon inspection of the condo after checkout.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made for reservations cancelled at least 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations inside the 30 day window will mean the forfeiture of the security deposit and 1/2 of the reservation total amount.
Rental Forms
Reservations are not confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement, which includes the Rental Rules and Pet Agreement (if applicable) is received.
Condo Availability
Here is a link to our Rental Reservation Calendar. Guests can use this tool to check our availability before calling to begin the reservation process. Once we receive your signed agreement and reservation payment the booking is confirmed and your dates are marked as "booked" on the calendar. However, last minute changes do happen so if you're interested in a date which might be marked as booked, feel free to give us a call to confirm nothing has changed.

Payment
We accept payment via VISA and Mastercard. Certified Checks or Money Orders will also be accepted if received 10 days before the check-in date. Refundable deposits are charged back to your card or refund checks are written within 10 days after check-out, upon inspection of the condo.
